Steps to Join the Teams Meeting:

  1. Check Your Invitation

    • Find the Teams meeting link in your whatsapp or email or calendar or nasio invite.
    • Click on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link.
  2. Choose How You Want to Join:

    • From Desktop/Laptop: If you have Microsoft Teams installed, it will open automatically. If not, you can join via your web browser.
    • From Mobile Device: You can join via the Teams app. If you don’t have it installed, you’ll be prompted to download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  1. Select Audio and Video Options:

    • Before joining the meeting, Teams will ask you to select your preferred audio and video settings.
    • You can turn on/off your camera and microphone as needed.
  2. Join the Meeting:

    • Once you’re ready, click on the "Join now" button.
    • If the meeting hasn’t started yet, you might be placed in a virtual lobby until the organizer admits you.
  3. During the Meeting:

    • Use the toolbar to control your camera, mute/unmute your microphone, share your screen, or access the chat.
    • If needed, you can also turn on Live Captions for better accessibility.
  4. Leave the Meeting:

    • When the session is over or if you need to leave early, click the red phone icon to exit the meeting.
